Factory colourSprays straight from the can. For scratches, scuffs and small areas: a bumper corner, a mirror cap, a door edge.
For a colour with no clear layer on top, or when you already have clearcoat.Without clearcoat on top, the repair loses its gloss and chips again sooner.
For scratches, scuffs and chips that stopped at the paint: colour, then clear on top, the way most factory colours are finished.
When the damage reaches bare metal or plastic, or was sanded through: primer first, then colour, then clear.
